FAQ
Why didn't my position rebalance even though APY changed?
Check the strategy isn't Paused first. A move fires only when a candidate clears your Sensitivity threshold AND stays qualified for your full Confirmation window; any dip on a five-minute check resets the counter. Other common blockers: the winning vault isn't approved by your wallet yet (Earn shows an Approve button when this is the only blocker), the strategy is in its post-deposit grace period, a CCTP bridge is still in flight, or the fee would erode your principal. See Rebalancing.
Why did Earn move my funds into a lower-APY vault?
That was a forced exit: either you hid the vault, or its withdrawable liquidity fell below your strategy's Min withdrawable liquidity floor. Forced exits go to the best eligible vault regardless of the APY gap and show as Force Rebalance in history. See Rebalancing.
The APY shown in the app is different from what I expected, why?
Earn shows share-price APY only. Morpho token rewards aren't included because they don't flow through the share price. A "with rewards" APY elsewhere will be higher by the reward portion. See Vaults.
How do I exit a strategy as fast as possible?
Click Close Strategy. Same-chain closes settle in one transaction; cross-chain closes wait on CCTP attestation. Positions tagged Holding are skipped, and their vault shares stay in your wallet until liquidity returns. See Closing a strategy.
Can I have multiple strategies in different wallets?
Yes. Each wallet can hold multiple strategies, scoped to that wallet. See Creating a strategy.
My deposit transaction is stuck. What do I do?
Check your wallet first. A cross-chain deposit is normal to take up to ~19 minutes while Circle attests the burn. If a same-chain deposit confirmed on-chain but the dashboard hasn't updated within a couple of minutes, refresh. Note that a strategy left unfunded is auto-deleted one hour after creation. If something still looks wrong, use the in-app Feedback button.
I lost access to my wallet. Can Quicknode recover my funds?
No. Earn is non-custodial; only the wallet that owns a strategy can withdraw. Recover the wallet through its provider (seed phrase, hardware device, or Safe co-signers).
What chains is Earn live on?
Ethereum, Optimism, Unichain, Polygon, Monad, Base, Arbitrum. Proxy addresses per chain are on the Smart contracts page.
Does Earn support stablecoins other than USDC?
USDC only. Other assets may come later.
