Connect and deposit
TL;DR
Connect a wallet, configure a strategy, then work through the setup checklist on the strategy page. You sign, in order:
- Strategy authorization. Off-chain message confirming ownership of the strategy.
- Terms of Service. Off-chain message, prompted once per wallet you connect.
- USDC allowance. On-chain approval for the deposit. Choose the exact strategy amount or a max approval that skips future prompts.
- Per-vault approvals. On-chain approvals for your starting vaults plus a next-rebalance candidate, done per chain. Wallets that support batching group up to ten per transaction.
- Deposit. Moves USDC into the starting vault(s), or initiates the cross-chain burn for vaults on other chains.
Finish within one hour of creation; an unfunded strategy is auto-deleted after that (a countdown shows on the checklist).

1. Open Earn
Visit earn.quicknode.com and click Connect Wallet.
2. Pick a wallet
Pick a wallet, or use WalletConnect for Rabby, Trust Wallet, Frame, etc. Approve the connection.
3. Configure the strategy
Click New Strategy. Set the source chain, USDC amount, and any settings you want to change from the defaults, then click Create Strategy. See Creating a strategy for every option.
4. Complete the checklist
After the authorization signature, the strategy page shows a "Get your strategy running" checklist with a button for each remaining step: Terms of Service, the USDC approval, per-chain vault approvals, then Deposit and Start Strategy. Multi-chain vault sets prompt a network switch per chain.
The per-vault approvals preauthorize where Auto-Pilot may route and let it move your shares out when a better candidate wins. You can approve more vaults anytime; Earn prompts you when a better vault is blocked only by a missing approval. Reject anything that looks wrong and start over.
5. See the confirmed strategy
After the deposit confirms, the strategy shows Earning yield on your dashboard.
